Bio

Olivier Laplénie is head of Quantitative Portfolio Management, overseeing the Quant Equity and Quant Fixed Income portfolio management teams.

Before that, Olivier was head of the Quantitative Fixed Income Portfolio Management team at BNPP AM from January 2014 to March 2022. Between November 2008 and December 2013, he was head of Model Driven Investments within the Alternative Fixed Income team for BNP Paribas Asset Management. Olivier worked in the Paris Branch of FFTW UK between July 2007 and October 2008 as head of Quantitative Research. He joined BNPP AM in 2005 as a Quantitative Analyst.

Olivier graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique in 2003 (Financial Mathematics and Economics) and holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Insurance from the Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration (2004).

Olivier is based in Paris.
