Product range streamlining

Following the July 2025 acquisition of AXA Investment Managers, BNP Paribas Asset Management is streamlining its overlapping UCITS sub‑funds.

To create a clearer and more competitive product offering for investors, a series of mergers will take place between September and November 2026. These mergers will cover the following strategies:

• Fixed Income (Bond)
• Equity,
• Convertible bond

Detailed share-class mappings and shareholder-vote information will be provided to ensure a smooth transition. Further details will be communicated directly to investors through notices.
