Valérie Charrière-Pousse is Head of the Team and is a Senior Portfolio Manager, based in Paris. She joined the Team in 2008. Valérie has over 29 years of experience in finance. She started her career as a Sell-Side Equity Analyst from 1996 to 2005 at Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux before becoming European Coordinator on Business Services. She subsequently joined Fortis Investments in 2006, as a thematic Portfolio Manager. She currently focuses on Consumer Staples and Healthcare. Valérie holds a MSc in Finance from Montpellier Business School, a French Financial Analyst (SFAF) diploma and has completed the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership program (CISL, 2022) and HEC BISE executive certificate in 2025. She’s part of the board of directors for a Belgian SICAV. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
