Bio

Sophie is one of three fund managers dedicated to private equity with Private Debt and Real Assets (PDRA) at BNP Paribas Asset Management which she joined in 2020.

She has nine years of experience in impact funds selection, predominantly in private equity.

After working for six years for the McConnell Foundation – a Canadian private family foundation – she joined the Canadian federal government’s blended finance international development programme for a year and a half.

Previously, she worked in the social innovation and social finance sector for four years in Canada and in Thailand. She started her career in 2006 as a financial controller and internal auditor for Edenred Spain, former Accors Services, where she spent four years.

Sophie holds a master’s from ESC Rennes School of Business and is a CFA Charterholder.
