On 1^st July 2025, AXA Investment Managers was acquired by BNP Paribas Cardif, the insurance subsidiary of BNP Paribas.

Following this acquisition, the business of AXA Investment Managers Asia Limited will be transferred to BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Asia Limited, an affiliate within the BNP Paribas group, from 1^st April 2026.

As of 1^st April 2026, the AXA Investment Managers Asia Limited and BNP Paribas Asset Management Hong Kong websites have been merged and now operate as one unified platform.
