BioThomas Heckel is the Co-Head of the Quantitative Research Group at BNPP AM. He has over 10 years of experience.
From 1999 to 2007, he undertook an applied research in economics and short term forecasting at both INSEE (French official statistical office) and Banque de France (National Central Bank).
He joined BNPP AM in 2007 as Head of Financial Engineering for Solutions and then from 2014 to 2017 he was Head of Financial Engineering.
Thomas attended “Ecole des Mines” (engineering school) in France, then ENSAE and obtained his PhD in Economics and econometrics in 2006.
Thomas Heckel is based in Paris.
