Asger is a seasoned forest sustainability veteran, with ample experience from regulatory, international, and multistakeholder settings.

With a masters in geography and a graduate degree business administration, Asger has developed and executed forest ecosystems targeted sustainability and investment strategies and plans both as a lawmaker for the European Commission, for institutional investors, the forest sector, Forest Stewardship Council, and as a carbon market developer.

He combines data and MRV insights with in-depth regulatory expertise to lead our global climate, biodiversity, and ecosystem services development work, as well as ESG.
